INVERTER AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

An inverter and a display device including the same are provided to form a circuit pattern only on a side of a main circuit substrate, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Plural light sources(50) irradiates the light beam to the rear of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(20). An inverter(70) supplies the power to the light source. The inverter includes a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a sub PCB. Plural first circuit patterns and plural second circuit patterns are arranged at the side of the main PCB. The first connection patterns corresponding to the plural first circuit patterns are formed at the side of the sub PCB and the second connection patterns corresponding to the plural second circuit patterns are formed at the other side of the sub PCB. When combining the sub PCB with the main PCB, the plural first circuit patterns are connected through the first connection patterns. The plural second circuit patterns are connected through the second connection patterns. The area of the sub PCB is narrower than that of the main PCB.
