A display apparatus is provided to reduce a discharge time by discharging a voltage through a resistance element, which is installed in a drive IC, in power off. A display apparatus includes a display panel, a drive IC(Integrated Circuit)(200), a flexible printing circuit film(300), and discharge lines(DCL1,DCL2). The drive IC, which is installed in the display panel, includes a resistance element(R). The flexible printing circuit film connects the drive IC and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), and includes gate and ground voltage stages. The discharge lines are connected from the gate voltage stage to the ground voltage stage via the resistance element. The flexible printing circuit film includes a capacitor for stabilizing a gate-off voltage between the gate voltage stage and the ground voltage stage.
