Provided is a hair cosmetic composition comprising a reactive silicone capsule which shows excellent conditioning effect to make hair soft and glossy and maintains the conditioning effect for a long period of time. The hair cosmetic composition comprises 0.1-30 wt.% of a reactive silicone capsule which is prepared by encapsulating at least one reactive silicone selected from the group consisting of a methicone represented by the formula(1), wherein x is an integer from 10 to 300, a vinyl dimethicone represented by the formula(2), wherein x is an integer from 100 to 10,000, and y is an integer from 100 to 10,000, and a mixture thereof with a coating agent.
