An apparatus for forming a pipe of an air conditioner is provided to prevent damage to the pipe caused due to temperature difference and moisture by applying foam resin for protecting inner pipes to the pipe. An apparatus for forming a pipe of an air condition includes a supply unit(10), a foam unit(20), a forming unit(30), a cooling unit(40), and a drawing unit(50). The supply unit conveys inner pipes(B) wound on a winding drum(11) and guided along guide rollers(12) through a supply die(14). The foam unit is connected to the supply die, and injects foam resin supplied from a first hopper(21) through a foam die. The forming unit is mounted on an outer surface of the foam unit, and supplies resin material supplied from a second hopper(31) through an injection die. The cooling unit is connected to the injection die of the forming unit, and cools outer pipes formed through a corrugated die. The drawing unit is arranged in a discharge pipeline of the cooling unit, and draws the form cooled by the cooling unit by a drawing roller.
