FIELD: rubber industry; chemical industry; garbage reprocessing industry; other industries; production of the aggregates for the wastes reprocessing. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the aggregates for the wastes reprocessing and may be used for reprocessing of the rubber wastes, the plastic waste products, garbage, etc. The aggregate for the wastes reprocessing includes the reactor with the device for loading of the feedstock and the system of the pipelines connecting the reactor with the condenser and the cooler. The reactor of the aggregate is mounted in the cavity of a heating furnace. The aggregate is supplied with the mechanism of feeding into the heating furnace of the non-condensed and leaving the heating furnace gas. The mechanism is made in the form of two closed contours. One of the contours consists of the reactor, the condenser, the hydraulic lock and the pump linked in the chain of the equipment used to return the non-condensed gas back. The second contour consists of the heating furnace, the pipeline coming out of the heating furnace with the steam inlet, the heater and the reactor. Both contours and the system of the natural gas feeding into the heating furnace are connected with the control unit.
