A working element of a cultivator includes an A-hoe blade with a curvilinear blade, which is made as a curve line, the curvature of which increases from the beginning of the blade to end thereof, and an angle between the tangent and the moving direction reduces. The working surface is made with the varying wear resistance by means of banded strengthening of the material.
