A thermo-electric unit on the base of p- and n- type conductivity branches with antidiffusion layers and electrothermalcommutating plates located as strips on hot and cold heat exchangers, hermetically sealed around side perimeter by means of protective shield. Inner surfaces of commutative plates and side surfaces of branches are covered with high-thermal conductive dielectric.
