FIELD: chemical industry; motor car industry; mechanical rubber industry; other industries; rubber-cord composite materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the rubber-cord composite material and is intended for usage in the motor car rubber tire industry and the mechanical rubber industry. The rubber-cord composite material includes the layer of the textile cord having the filaments of one or two types impregnated with the composition made on the basis of latex "-1" - butadiene copolymer, butyleacrylate, amide of methacrylic acid, and it is not necessary it in combination with other latex and not necessary with the dispersion of the industrial carbon, but it includes the base rubber layer. The latter is made out of the composition on the basis of the non-saturated caoutchouc including the modifying agent "- - 2-4 mass shares and the carbon white - 5-10 mass shares or the modifying agent "- - 1.2-2 mass shares and hexachloropara xylene - 0.4-1.0 mass shares per 100 mass shares of the caoutchouc. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased strength of binding between the layers of the cord, the rubber and the cord, the rubber-cord composite material with the rubber-cord composite material. In compliance with th H-method the binding strength of the coating rubber with the aramide cord produced on the basis of the aramide and capron filament impregnated with the composition made on the basis of the "-1" latex (-1+-1 50:50) and containing dispersion of the industrial carbon constitutes , 139; the binding strength at the layers separation between the components of the coating in kH/m: the coating layer ¬ the rubber-cord composite material - 8,9; the rubber-cord composite material - the rubber-cord composite material - 16,3. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength of binding between the layers of the cord, the rubber and the cord, the rubber-cord composite material with the rubber-cord composite material. ^ 4 tbl, 10 ex |
