<p>A method for delivering multicast communications over an IEEE 802.11 compliant network is provided. The method comprises transmitting a data stream to a plurality of receivers from a transmitter over respective network links as a multicast communication, selecting a receiver from the plurality of receivers; receiving a feedback signal from the selected receiver at a selected point in time; and adjusting transmission of the data stream in dependence upon the received feedback signal.</p> |
