ANISOTROPY DIFFUSION SHEET

摘要

An anisotropic diffusion sheet is provided to secure anisotropic luminance distribution by isotropically diffusing the light incident to an isotropic diffusion layer through internal light scattering and reflecting the diffused light by reflectors. An anisotropic diffusion sheet(50) installed between a light source unit and a display panel to emit the light generated from the light source unit toward the display panel is composed of an isotropic diffusion layer(51) for isotropically diffusing the light emitted from the light source unit through internal light scattering and plural reflectors(52) composed of a boundary surface forming a boundary from the upper side of the isotropic diffusion layer and a pair of inclined surfaces inclined for the upper surface of the isotropic diffusion layer. Plural reflectors are protruded for the upper surface of the isotropic diffusion layer and arranged at regular intervals on the upper surface of the isotropic diffusion layer. The light emitted from the light source unit is isotropically diffused through the isotropic diffusion layer, reflected by the reflectors and anisotropically diffused, and then projected to a liquid crystal display panel(10).
