摘要 FIELD: wind power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of control of wind power-generating plants with horizontal axis of rotation of windwheel self-orientating to wind. According to proposed method of control of wind power-generating plant including synchronous turning of windwheel blades relative to plane of windwheel rotation within the range of angles from designed minimum angle &phis;0 to wind vane angler &phis;wv and holding of blades of windwheel at setting angle &phis; at which rotation of windwheel is stabilized within the range of nominal angular velocity of working duty omegamin <= omeganom <= omegamax and also switching ON/OFF of load of wind power-generating plant and/or brake of wind wheel, at speeding up of windwheel by wind stream, orientation of blades of windwheel is carried out with preliminarily set angular velocity of blade turning relative to their longitudinal axes gamma from angle &phis;wv > &phis; to angle &phis;wv < &phis; and time ts of speeding up of windwheel to preset ^ angular velocity omega0 <= omeganom is recorded or angular velocity of speeding up of windwheel omegas<= omeganom within set time t0 is recorded and then values of ts or omegas are compared with preliminarily set threshold value ts thr or omegas thr at ts thr or omegas thr, rotation of windwheel is raised to angular velocity omegamax, and is connected with change of windwheel into range of nominal stabilized angular velocity omeganom of working duty and at ts<ts thr or omegas>omegas thr, windwheel is stopped by changing blades to angle &phis;wv and switch on load and/or brake, and simultaneously timer is switched to preliminarily set delay time td and at end of td, brake and load are switched off and windwheel is set to speeding up duty. When windwheel reaches angular velocity omega<omegamin at working duty, windwheel blades are turned with preliminarily set angular velocity of turning gamma from angle &phis; to &phis;0 until windwheel reaches omeganom at preservation of condition omega<omegamin and then load is switched off, and blades of windwheel are set at angle 10°<&phis;<50°. When windwheel reaches angular velocity of omega>=omegamax at working duty, blades of windwheel are turned with preliminary set angular velocity of turning gamma from angle &phis; to &phis;wv until windwheel reaches omeganom at preservation of condition omega>omegamax then brake of windwheel is applied and timer is switched on to provide preliminary set delay time td, at end of said period td brake and load are switched odd and windwheel is to speeding up duty. ^ EFFECT: provision of self-contained unattended operation of wind power-generating plant. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg
