<p>Disclosed are an ester compound represented by the general formula [1] below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and use of them. The compound represented by the above general formula [1] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is very quickly eliminated from the body when compared with conventional MTP inhibitors, while having excellent MTP inhibitory activity. Consequently, the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful as a drug for preventing or treating hyperlipemia and the like.</p> |
