A mist maker is provided to make water mist by evaporating water received in a vessel through metal plates and electrode rods without using a separate power device to improve humidifying capacity. A mist maker includes an upper plate(110), a lower plate(120), a first electrode rod(130), a second electrode rod(140), a first metal plate(150), and a second metal plate(160). The upper and lower plates made of an insulating material are disposed to be opposed to each other. The first electrode rod(130) is connected to the upper and lower plates, is supplied with external direct current power, and is ground-connected to the lower and upper plates. The first metal plates(150) are fixed on the first electrode rod, are connected to the second electrode rod, to increase contact area with water and generates water mist by evaporating water with supply of direct current power. |
