A method for producing a fertilizer using sea starfish as a main component and rice hulls is provided to produce a fertilizer rich in amino acid ingredients. The method includes the steps of: chopping and pulverizing sea starfish, which has been washed, to a predetermined size; pre-heating the powdered starfish at 70-170 deg.C to remove water, followed by incinerating at 500-1300 deg.C; and fermenting the burned starfish with rice straw using microorganisms. The starfish is any one selected from the genera Ctenodiscus, Leptychaster, Luidia, Pseudarchaster, Henricia, Solaster, Pteraster, Plazaster, Distolasterias, Aphelasterias, and Asterias. The preheating is performed at 100-150 deg.C for 1 hour. The incinerating is performed at 600-1000 deg.C for 3 to 8 hours. |
