Metal inserts may be rectilinear and made as one-piece members. In this case metal inserts pass through column and connected with each other by means of counter slot and welded connection. Metal inserts may be of L-shaped type and made as one-piece members. In this case metal inserts cooperate with column reinforcement and connected with each other by means of welded connection.
