An electronic conference control device, an electronic conference supporting method, and a recording medium are provided to divide and integrate a conference by collectively managing division screen images generated from a common screen image shared in a plurality of points and screen images generated in the respective points associated with the division screen images. A common screen management unit(15) manages information about a common screen image displayed in common on a plurality of display devices of an electronic conference system. A local screen management unit(13) manages information about a local screen image displayed on a connected display device. A pointing device(12) extracts a screen image part included in a region designated by a user on the screen image displayed on the connected display device, and generates a cutting screen image. A common cutting screen management unit(16) manages information about a common cutting screen image displayed in common on a plurality of the display devices. A local cutting screen management unit(14) manages information about a local cutting screen image displayed on the connected display device. A presentation control unit(17) controls that the managed screen image is displayed on the connected display device. When conference starting is instructed in a point including the display device after one to a plurality of common cutting screen images are selected from the common screen image displayed on the display device, a screen management control processing unit(18) instructs the local cutting screen management unit(14) to manage a copy of the information about the selected common cutting screen images as the local cutting screen image.
