FIELD: foundry. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation includes gas furnace, vertically closed chain conveyer, mechanism for loading two-seat ceramic pans to furnace; inclined and vertical reloaders of pans. Loading mechanism provides pushing of pan with molds to roasting furnace while simultaneously moving all pans in furnace. In furnace are realized: pattern composition melting; heating and roasting of molds. At outlet of furnace mold is taken-off from pan and inclined reloader shifts empty pan to vertically closed chain conveyer arranged under furnace. Conveyer returns pans to starting portion of furnace. Vertical reloader shifts pan upwards to mold loading position. Installation is also provided with accumulating conveyer being in the form of horizontally closed chain conveyer having pins for mounting molds. ^ EFFECT: lowered labor consumption, improved operational condition, stable quality of molds. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
