METHOD OF EXTENDING THE RANGE OF GENOTYPIC VARIABILITY

A method of extending the range of genotypic variability, which includes selection of hybrid combinations according to the manifestation of frequency of disturbance of meiosis and frequency of chiasms per an meiocyte, and in low-adapted hybrids F1 reproductive organs responsible for the most potential genotypic variability and ensuring converting thereof into F2 due to treating buds with a solution of nicotianoside are determined. The proposed method allows optimizing the process on the account of reducing the field studies of F2 by 2-3 times and obviates the need in the long-term use of vegetation constructions.
