The proposed rotation frequency controller for a diesel engine, specifically for a turbocharged engine, contains a detecting element for measuring rotation frequency, a lever-type summing unit, and a pressure transducer installed in the intake manifold of the engine. The detecting element is connected to one of the arms of the summing unit via a link. The second arm of the summing unit is joined with the detecting element of the pressure transducer. The central part of the summing unit is connected to the rack of the fuel pipe of the engine. The pressure transducer contains a pneumatic differentiating unit, a double-arm lever, and bellows connected to the corresponding arms of the double-arm lever. The cavity of the first bellow is coupled with the intake manifold of the engine via a controlled throttle. The cavity of the second bellow is coupled directly with the intake manifold. The central part of the double-arm lever is connected to the corresponding arm of the summing unit of the controller.
