An orthodontic apparatus for distal transfer of the upper molars comprises the first and the second orthodontic rings for the fixation onto the abutment premolars, the third orthodontic ring for fixation onto the first or the second abutment molar, which is rigidly connected to the first orthodontic ring, the fourth orthodontic ring for fixation onto the transferred molar, palatine rest connected to the first and the second orthodontic rings via metallic arch, guide, expansion screw installed horizontally in through openings of the first and the second bushings soldered on vestibular side to the second and the fourth orthodontic rings respectively, and connected to the second bushing via threaded joint. The second end of the expansion screw is equipped with the thread and connected to the first bushing. Each bushing comprises an additional through opening intended for guide end designed as a rod. The expansion screw is located at a level corresponding to the roots projection of transferred tooth.
