The activator of dispersed suspensions contains horizontal cylindrical container established on the shock absorbers, with covers, electrodes and stop-distribution valves. Its cylindrical part of the container from the left and right inside is equipped with the reflectors with splined surface, whose edges, up to the vertical axis, are abutted against the coming out internal ends of inlet and outlet ducts, and lateral sides -into the lateral covers, to which are horizontally fastened: below horizontal axis from one side the electrode connected to the generator of current pulses, from other side with a space and coaxially to it is placed the reflector, which functions as the second electrode, and equidistantly from it to both covers is rigidly fastened from below symmetrically with vertical axis the spherical reflector turned by convex side downward, with thickened and rounded edges and central opening, in this case, symmetrically with the same axis on top - two shaped reflectors, upper and bottom edges of which are rounded, lateral sides relative to the internal surface of container are vertical, and the sides turned to the reflector are parallel to its surface.
