TECHNIQUE FOR SIMULTANEOUS RECOVERY OF BLOOD FLOW IN UPPER AND LOWER LIMBS

摘要

A technique for simultaneous recovery of blood flow in upper and lower limbs comprises femoral-femoral by-pass in the case of isolated lesion of common and/or external iliac artery. The end-to-side anastomosis of the proximal end of femoral-subclavicular vascular prosthesis is applied with a distal division of femoral-femoral by-pass. The vascular prosthesis is passed subcutaneously in the lateral surface of a trunk. The distal end-to-side anastomosis is applied with the subclavicular artery.
