A push/pull door lock is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs and time and to be easily installed by simplifying the structure using fewer types and numbers of components. A push/pull door lock includes a pull handle(10), a push handle(60), a linear movement axis(50) fixed by a fixing pin(80), and a lock device(100). The push/pull door lock enables the straight line motion inside a small space and further includes a pair of connection hooks(40,40a), an inner cover(20), an outer cover(25), and a pair of connecting links(90,90a). The inner cover and the outer cover fix the door lock to an object to enter and exit. The linear movement axis is fixed in the same shapes and directions of the push and pull handles by a fixing pin. The recovery for weight is restored by a spring(30) and the springs in the lock device.
