The invention relates to powder metallurgy. A method of producing the hard alloys with ultra-dispersed structure, which contain 20-50 weight % of binding agent, includes the preparation of ultra-dispersed mixture of the powders of carbide of tungsten and cobalt by intensive grinding, addition to their mixture of carbon-containing compound, drying, compaction of mixture at room temperature with obtaining of briquette, heating briquette to the set temperature, isothermal holding at set temperature and hot pressing, furthermore, heating, isothermal holding and hot pressing are conducted in the vacuum, in this case the heating, at which are conducted the processes of destruction of carbon-containing compounds, removal of oxygen, carbonization of tungsten carbide and isothermal holding, which is carried out with specific energy of 300 - 500 J/cm3, are carried out in one stage, and hot pressing is conducted in two stages, the temperature of the first stage of extrusion makes 1050-1100 DEGREE C, and the temperature of the second stage of extrusion is 1050-1250 DEGREE C. The invention provides for producing a hard alloy with improved mechanical properties.
