After preliminary treatment of raw tubers in the SHF field according to the following parameters: a power of a SHF-heater of 650...750 Wt, duration of the treatment of 3...5 minutes, cleaning, comminuting and drying in the field of mixed heat injection, in particular drying at a temperature of 90+- 3 DEGREE C, is carried out. A temperature inside the product is 60+- 3 DEGREE C, duration of the treatment is 90+- 5 minutes. After drying the prepared dry mass is comminuted up to size of particles of the main fraction of 25-30 micron and it is delivered for packing or for producing.
