The proposed surveying goniometric system contains an azimuth ring, a zenith quadrant, which is installed at the azimuth ring which a possibility to rotate around the geometrical axis, a spectroradiometer with a driving motor, which is installed at a tripod, and additionally, for the purpose to reduce the overall dimensions, a support for the zenith quadrant.
