MAGNETIC BEAD PACKING UNIT USING CENTRIFUGAL FORCE, MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR IMMUNOASSAY USING THE MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE

A magnetic bead packing unit by using centrifugal force, a microfluidic device comprising the same unit and a method for immunoassay by using the same microfluidic device are provided to pack the magnetic beads in the microfluidic device effectively by using centrifugal and magnetic forces, minimize the size of microfluidic device, and reduce operation power of the device. The magnetic bead packing unit by using centrifugal force comprises: a controllable rotation plate(100); a microfluidic channel(130) which is located on the rotation plate and contains an inlet(31) disposed near the rotation center, an outlet(32) disposed far away the rotation center and a channel from the inlet and outlet through which fluid flows from the inlet to outlet by the centrifugal force; a curved part(135) which is a part of the microfluidic channel and is curved; and a magnet(40) which is disposed corresponding to the curved part and influencing magnetic force to fluid flowing the channel. The microfluidic device comprises a rotation body having a sample fluid chamber(110) disposed near the rotation center and a waste chamber(150) disposed far away the rotation center, a microfluidic channel, a curved part and a magnet.
