A method for manufacturing a stainless steel disc spring, which manufactures a product that has a corrosion resistance level of a conventional STS304-CSP workpiece, satisfies sufficient spring characteristics required by the standard, and is also excellent in wear resistance, and which reduces manufacturing period and cost by manufacturing the product using a local workpiece, is provided. In a method for manufacturing a stainless steel disc spring using a round bar-shaped STS630 workpiece, the method comprises: a cutting process of cutting the workpiece to a proper length using a sawing machine or a lathe before machining a round bar-shaped workpiece into a perforated disc workpiece with final dimensions; a machining process of machining the cut workpiece into a perforated disc workpiece with final required dimensions including inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness in the lathe; a press forming process of press forming the perforated disc workpiece with final required dimensions that has been machined in the lathe into a disc spring-shaped intermediate product using a mold; a precipitation hardening process that is performed to required spring characteristics by improving hardness of the disc spring-shaped intermediate product; and a surface finishing process of finishing the surface of the disc spring by barrel finishing.
