A paddle wheel (13) inside the casing has paddle surfaces extending parallel to the wheel rotation axis (27) and the wheel extends parallel to the casing base. The axle is connected to a motor (11) and extends at right angles to the casing base. The air inlet opening is located in the casing base and communicates with the vehicle interior.
