<p>An uplink transport layer transmission method for use in a mobile communication network including a plurality of mobile stations, a plurality of base stations and a wireless network control apparatus. This method comprises a step in which each base station receives and decodes a data packet from a mobile station; a step in which each base station stores a correctly decoded data packet into a transmission queue to transmit the data packet to the wireless network control apparatus; a step in which the wireless network control apparatus updates the reception status in accordance with the received data packet to transmit the updated reception status to the plurality of base stations; and a step in which each base station updates the transmission queue in accordance with the received reception status.</p> |
