The present application relates to a solid skin care composition comprising: (a) a first layer which is solid at 45°C and which is a water-in-oil emulsion or an oil-in-water emulsion; and (b) a second layer which is solid at 45°C and which is an oil dispersion comprising a benefit agent; and wherein the first layer and the second layer are provided in the same package in a manner such that the first layer and the second layer can be simultaneously applied.
