FIELD: space engineering; manufacture of communication satellites. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes manufacture of spacecraft standard equipment, assembly of spacecraft, test of liquid lines of service system modules and payload for tightness and filling them with deaerated heat-transfer agent. Service system modules are provided with hydraulic connectors at liquid line inlets and outlets which are connected with flexible pipe lines. After performing the functional electrical tests, tests for mechanical loads and heat-and-vacuum tests, heat-transfer agent is drained from liquid lines and they are subjected to vacuum drying, after which test for tightness is repeated and lines are filled with deaerated heat-transfer agent. Then, spacecraft is subjected to final tests for functioning and for tightness of end components of liquid lines. After vacuum drying of liquid lines, sections of liquid line modules of service systems and payload provided with hydraulic connectors with flexible pipe lines are additionally replaced with rigid connecting pipe lines of simplified construction. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction of spacecraft; low cost of manufacture; reduced mass of auxiliary systems. ^ 9 dwg
