The joint has an inner hub and an outer hub (1) each comprising slides in which balls are received and guided into a cage, for transmitting rotational torque between the hubs. A drive case (2) is connected to the hub (1), by using reciprocated associated sections of the hub (1) and the case, when the joint is mounted, for transmitting the rotational torque. The sections are adapted for each other such that the hub (1) is integrated in rotation with the drive case, along a peripheral direction by a locked adjustment, when the case is mounted.
