<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The switch has a priming unit for priming an explosive (1) covered of coating (2) and including detonator (4) placed directly on the explosive. A positioning unit positions a circular section part (C) e.g. cable, to be cut, with respect to the explosive. The explosive has a semi-circular shape to partially surround the part to be cut. The positioning unit has two positioning movable V-blocks on a spring and two upper V-blocks placed above the movable V-blocks. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for separating fixed or movable circular section parts e.g. cable, using pyrotechnic charge e.g. shaped charge, for releasing devices or loads, where the cable is utilized for maintaining, displacing or towing heavy loads in naval, civil or military activities and for architecture, leveling and construction work, drilling activity, marine or terrestrial transport, trawl fishing and releasing of immersed marine mines. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The explosive has semi-circular shape to partially surround the circular section part to be cut, thus cutting large part of surface of the part. The switch permits to cut the cable by manual or automatic triggering at the time of safety problems for users during trawling of fish, due to high tension of the cable. The switch can cut any type of cable at precise locations, thus avoiding violent movement of the cable when the cable is cut at rupture part, and hence preventing the users from injury. The switch permits to separate the cable without contacting with the cable and can be effectively installed on static cable.
