A cell production method moving a main worker who performs main operations including a plurality of steps for installing parts in a workpiece together with the workpiece so as to pass a plurality of stations where auxiliary steps related to the main operations are performed and a cell production facility. In the method, a main work truck for loading the workpiece thereon and carrying the main worker thereon and automatically traveling on a pre-determined traveling route to pass the plurality of stations and a main working table movably installed in a working table apparatus as a kind of stations are moved in synchronism with each other when at least a part of the main operations is performed by the main work truck. Also, the main work truck and a sub work tuck for carrying thereon a sub worker who performs sub operations for preparing the parts and/or tools necessary for the main operations are desirably run parallel with each other so that parts and/or tools can be delivered between the main work truck and the sub work truck.
