摘要 <p>An optoelectric composite substrate and an electronic apparatus having the same are provided to prevent a manufacturing yield from decreasing due to a damage of a mold portion by controlling the distance between a light emitting device and a lens device. An optoelectric composite substrate(10) includes a substrate(11), a light emitting device(13) and a lens mold(14). The light emitting device is positioned on the substrate. The lens mold is positioned on the light emitting device and in contact with at least a portion of the substrate. The lens mold has a lens device(16). The lens device is positioned to be superposed with a light emitting plane of the light emitting device. The distance between the light emitting device and the lens device is larger than a range of a Fresnel region of the light emitting device. Preferably, the distance between the light emitting device and the lens device is in a range of a Fraunhofer region of the light emitting device.</p>
