A TFT (4) is provided for one of source electrodes (6) with a plurality of drain electrodes (16a, 16b), at least one of which is electrically connected through a drain drawing wiring with a pixel electrode (1). The drain drawing wiring includes a first conduction pattern having a drain drawing wiring common portion (7d), and drain drawing wiring branch portions (7a, 7b) so branched from the common portion as to individually correspond to the drain electrodes. Further included is a portion overlapping the branch portion of the first conductive pattern portion through an insulating layer. Thus, an active matrix substrate is constituted by providing a correcting connection electrode (9), which is made electrically conductive through the insulating layer so that it can be electrically connected with the branch portions. As a result, the pixel defect, if any, can be remedied in the own pixel. |
