A method for preparing a raw material of kaolin-powder pack is provided to obtain the kaolin adequate as a raw material of cosmetic, which is able to remove waste materials in skin, promote skin elasticity, blood circulation and metabolism, provide the whitening effect, skin regeneration, stress inhibitory and detoxicating effect, through a simple dry purification process. The method for preparing a raw material of kaolin-powder pack comprises the steps of: (a) crushing kaolin with high quality selected from kaolin mine in a crusher; (b) naturally drying the kaolin obtained from the step(a) for 72 hours using solar heat; (c) filtering the naturally dried kaolin using 80-100 mesh to remove impurities therefrom; (d) crushing the kaolin obtained from the step(c) for 24 hours; (e) selecting the crushed kaolin having a size of 200 mesh using a vibration sieve; (f) crushing the selected kaolin in a crusher for 12 hours; (g) selecting the powder having a size of 400 mesh using a vibration sieve; (h) drying the powder in a dryer at a temperature of 130 deg.C for 72 hours to prevent microorganism contamination; and (i) ripening the dried powder in a ripening tank for 72 hours. The raw material of kaolin-powder pack comprises 53-58% of SiO2, 37-42% of Al2O3, 1-2% of Fe2O3, 0.3-0.6% of K2O, 0.1-0.3% of CaO, 0.06-0.2% of TiO2, 0.06-0.25% of MgO, and 0.001-0.5% of MnO.
