A call quality inspection system and a method thereof are provided to improve the convenience in installation work by reducing the size of a call quality inspection equipment and to inspect the quality of mobile phones by connecting the call quality inspection equipment directly to a computer system, in which an identical call quality inspection program is installed, in case it is installed in another place. A call quality inspection system consists of a setup/analysis unit(100), a signal conversion unit(110), a power supply unit(120), a communication interface unit(130), and an RF interface unit(140). The setup/analysis unit(100), used to establish work items and work conditions, outputs a digital test signal according to the established work conditions, receives and analyzes a digital test result value created by the digital test signal, and outputs an analyzed result. The signal conversion unit(110) converts the digital test signal, outputted from the setup/analysis unit(100), into an analog test signal and outputs it. Also the signal conversion unit(110) converts an analog test result value into a digital test result value and transmits it to the signal conversion unit(110). The power supply unit(120) supplies power to a test mobile phone. The communication interface unit(130) outputs the power, supplied from the power supply unit(120), and the analog test signal in a serial method. The RF interface unit(140) transmits the analog test signal to the test mobile phone, receives an analog test result value inputted through the microphone of the test mobile phone, and transmits it to the signal conversion unit(110).
