A medical drainage tube fixing device is provided to prevent a fixing strap from pressing the skin of a patient by interposing a buffer sheet between the end of the fixing strap and a second sheet. A medical drainage tube fixing device is composed of a fixing strap(10) to which a medical drainage tube is inserted; an adhesive sheet(20) fitted by the fixing strap to closely come into contact with the human body; a fixing unit(30) slidably installed at the fixing strap to change the size of the fixing strap; and a buffer sheet(40) interposed between the fixing strap and the adhesive sheet. Both ends of the fixing strap are inserted into the adhesive sheet to insert the medical drainage tube.
