A plating wastewater regenerating apparatus is provided to reduce the wastewater treatment cost by recycling a cleaning solution discharged from a scrubber, thereby suppressing the generation of wastewater. An apparatus(10) for regenerating plating wastewater comprises: a plating tank(15) in which a plating solution is contained to plate a surface of an article dipped into the plating solution; an etching tank(20) for removing a portion of a plating layer plated in the plating tank by an electrochemical method; a rinsing tank(25) for rinsing a plating solution covered on the surface of the article transferred from the etching tank; a first storage tank(30) that provisionally stores a rinsing solution; a scrubber(32) for receiving and storing a rinsing solution of the first storage tank; a rinsing solution transfer pipe(P1) for connecting the first storage tank and the scrubber; a plating gas transfer pipe(P2) for transferring plating gas generated in the plating tank or the rinsing tank to the scrubber; a rinsing solution catchment tank(35) for receiving and storing the rinsing solution of the scrubber; a second storage tank(40) for provisionally storing a rinsing solution received from the rinsing solution catchment tank; and a return pipe(P3) installed between the second storage tank and the plating tank.
