The method is for the prevention of the theft of an outboard motor where the motor cover is removed and replaced by a flexible safety cover for protection of the motor. The motor cover is moved to a more secure place in a provided bag. Since motor covers are costly and specific it is less profitable to steal motors provided with safety covers. |
