A method of estimating the dissolution rate of polyimide according to Raman spectroscopy, characterized in that the Raman spectral intensity, I(a), of imido group contained in a polyimide is measured and the I(a) is compared with the Raman spectral intensity, I(b), of imido group contained in polyimide whose dissolution rate is known. Preferably, the polyimides are those obtained from an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and/or an aromatic diamine. |
