The base has a vertical guide way (40) for guiding the displacement of an anti-submarining cross piece (1) along a vertical direction. A locking unit prevents the displacement of the cross piece along the vertical direction at the time of impact, forecasting impact or strong declaration. An oblique guide way (20) guides the displacement of the cross piece along an oblique direction corresponding to the direction of the stress formed on the cross piece at the time of impact or the strong declaration, when the vertical displacement of the cross piece is prevented by the locking unit.
