An active matrix substrate, an electro-optic device and an electronic device are provided to electrically connect plural second electrodes with plural switching devices respectively. A matrix substrate comprises the first electrode(12) arranged at a side of a substrate(10). The matrix substrate also comprises an insulating layer(14), plural second electrodes(16) and plural switching devices(18). The insulating layer is arranged between the first electrode and plural second electrodes. The plural second electrodes are electrically connected with one of plural switching devices respectively. The plural switching devices are arranged on the insulating layer. The respective plural switching device includes source and drain electrodes arranged on the insulating layer. A semiconductor layer is connected with the source and drain electrodes. A gate insulating layer is arranged on the semiconductor layer. A gate electrode is arranged on the semiconductor layer. Plural second electrodes and source and drain electrodes are formed on the same layer. |
