<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a cured article with good curing characteristics without generating inferiority of curing by a simple countermeasure by progressing equally the curing near and inside of the surface of an ink layer consisting of photo-curable ink. <P>SOLUTION: A process for forming the ink layer by sticking the photo-curable ink comprising a solvent containing at least one compound with a vinyl ether group, and polymerizing in the presence of an acid, a photo-acid generating agent for generating the acid by irradiation of light, and a color component, on a recording medium, a light irradiating process by irradiating the ink layer with a light containing a wavelength absorbed in the photo-acid generating agent to generate the acid from the photo-acid generating agent in the ink layer and curing a part of the ink layer, and a heating and dehumidifying process in which the ink layer after light irradiation is heated while it is dehumidified to decrease the viscosity of the ink after light irradiation, the acid generated in the light irradiation process is diffused in the ink layer to cure the ink layer, and the cured article is obtained, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
