<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical seamless nickel belt which is formed with an electroforming technique, is hardly embrittled by an applied heat after the belt has been formed, and shows improved reliability when incorporated in an image-forming apparatus having a photoreceptor unit and a fixing unit therein, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical seamless nickel belt is formed by using the electroforming technique, is used when an image is formed in the image-forming apparatus, and has a decreasing rate of Vickers hardness of the cylindrical seamless nickel belt after having been heated to that before being heated, controlled to less than 10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
