摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of obtaining high photoelectric conversion efficiency, its manufacturing method capable of manufacturing the photoelectric conversion element with a simple process while suppressing variation for every element, and an electronic apparatus having the photoelectric conversion element and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In this photoelectric conversion element 10, a first substrate 20 on which a first electrode 30 is provided and a second substrate 70 on which a second electrode 60 is provided are disposed so that the first electrode 30 faces the second electrode 60, a photoelectric conversion layer 40 and an electrolyte layer 50 are provided between them on the first electrode 30 side and the second electrode 60 side respectively, and the periphery part of them is sealed by a sealing part 80.
