<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored composition which retains excellent dispersibility and high smoothness of a coated surface, and a color filter having filter segments excellent in uniformity of film thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored composition contains a resin, a monomer and a colorant, wherein the resin is a copolymer resin obtained by copolymerizing a compound (a) represented by general formula (I), benzyl methacrylate (b) and another compound (c) having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, wherein R<SB>1</SB>represents H or CH<SB>3</SB>; R<SB>2</SB>represents a 2 or 3C alkylene group; R<SB>3</SB>represents H or a 1-20C alkyl group which may contain a benzene ring; and n represents an integer of 1-15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
