<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new illuminating device for Buddhist altar, which can be used as not only lighting of a Buddhist altar but also a heat source of an incense burner pan. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device for a Buddhist altar is equipped with a receptacle for attaching an incandescent lamp to an attaching seat for attaching the lamp to the inner face of a side board of a Buddhist alter body via an arm tube.
